Dear Faith,
I just wanted to thank you for all your help in picking my bridesmaid dresses. I had a vision for four different jewel toned colors, but none of the labels had the four colors I needed in the same fabric/style. Faith worked with me to find a line that had two different but similar fabrics and we ended up using 4 different styles of dresses that would work together well, and voila, it turned out perfectly. I was really pleased.

Hello, I hope that I am contacting the right person for this. I am a
bride who recently bought my wedding gown at Rush’s bridal. I just wanted
to express my gratitude for the truely awesome customer service and
experience we had at your store. I had shopped at several other boutiques
and had always left with a bad taste in my mouth from the experience. I felt
I would get blown off when we told sales people I was on a tight budget, or
I would feel pressured to just pick something and leave so that the
associate could move onto someone bringing a higher commission. At Rush’s
I had an appointment to work with Nic, and I couldn't have had a better
experience. She was very knowledgable about the gowns, and never batted an
eye when I explained that I could only spend $500 or less. I was never
treated like a "cheap bride" or told that I "should expect to
pay more". My mother had insisted on seeing the dress before I bought
one and Nic had no problem with us returning again in the evening without an
appointment. We received nothing but the most polite service even though we
were not the biggest spenders and we were in the store right up until
closing time. I love the dress that Nic found for me and can't wait to
wear it on my wedding day. Even though I could not spend a great amount on
this dress, I am going to be in several weddings over the next two years and
I will be returning to Rush’s for all my bridesmaids dresses as well as
encourageing all of my newly engaged friends to shop at Rushes as well.

I wanted to send you this note.. as the Knot asked me to review a few
vendors. Please forward this to your sales accociate Nic because she really
helped me a lot. I really appreciate your shop and the customer service
there.
Finding a wedding dress for me was not filled with groups of my friends
watching me come out of a dressing room to cheer and ooo and ahh.. I went
with my sister only or alone. It was important to me that I could find a
dress that I liked, felt beautiful in and remained traditional in. I found
that dress in the rack at Rush's downtown. I come from a mixed ethnic
background and knew that I was going to have a custom Vietnamese dress made
for the reception, so I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on the
ceremony dress, but didn't want to comprise looking beautiful either. The
rack at Rush's is where you can take the dress home that day and only a few
people have maybe tried it on over the past couple of weeks, so I found a
gorgeous and flawless dress in my size for a great price!
I bought the dress exactly 1 year in advance and while it fit me perfectly,
I figured I might lose a pound or two and could alter as the day approached.
I had a personal trainer for six months and when it came time for my first
dress fitting, my hips had shifted and the dress no longer fit... at all..
it was a form fitting corseted dress (with zipper vs ribbon) and with my hip
change, it sat too high. I cried and felt completely defeated and called
Rush's to let them know I was two months away from the wedding and I would
need a new dress. They were compassionate and understanding and asked me to
bring the dress in to try it on in front of them. Humiliated, I brought it
and squeezed into it. They got it to fit (tightly), but called up the tailor
(Su's Alterations in the building location) and after a few measurements and
a week or two, the dress fit me again. I remember the gals at Rush's saying
'it's going to be okay. You loved that dress and we're going to make sure
you continue to love it..'
I thought for sure the shop would jump at the chance to have me purchase
another dress and I thought I would never be able to step into that dress
again after what I emotionally went through. But they helped me and gave me
confidence that it would work.. and I walked down the aisle in that dress
and never felt so beautiful.
I would recommend Rush's (and Su's) to anyone who is looking for a great
experience and a beautiful gown. Their prices range, but the layout of the
store helps you figure that out. They make sure you have someone helping you
at all times so you don't pick up a $5K dress if that was not your
intention, which I really appreciated. Other stores put their most expensive
dress on display and you have to try really hard to find one in your budget.
Rush's will ask you your budget and help you find many options that fit your
budget and you!

Hello, my name is Caitlin and I visited your downtown Minneapolis store
on September 5th. My sales associate was named Cherri. I
wanted to write you to thank you for a wonderful experience. My
body has been going through a lot of changes. I've lost 45lbs this
year and hope to lose more before my wedding next June. Being a size
12, I've found that many stores have next to nothing that I can even try
on, and I've felt pressured in trying on the "big girl tents".
Cherri and the other staff helped me find several dresses to
try on, and for the first time, I started to feel that I will find
"the dress"! You were even accepting of my whole family,
including small children, showing up at one point! To top it all
off, I received a hand written thank you note from Cherri. ( I apologize
if I'm spelling her name incorrectly!) Your store is lovely,
and your staff is just awesome. I have decided that I won't be
ordering a dress until I've lost a little more weight and have a better
idea of my size in a few months. I will definitely be returning to

Cherry was polite, very fun to work with, and sought out dresses for me to

Wow! I have been in Rush's twice in the last month and been amazed by Katrice, one of your employees. I've shopped at many bridal shops in the last 6 months and the customer service Katrice has shown me is far better than any other I've seen. Please thank her for being an outstanding employee. She was far more helpful to me than the person I was matched with when I was in last week. The person helping me seemed to keep disappearing and Katrice was ready to help me find whatever I was looking for! She is friendly and doesn't seem frustrated like so many other bridal shop employees when asked for help. You're got a fabulous employee working for you at Rush's.

My future sister-in-law, Amanda and I were in your store Saturday, November 15. Both of us are brides and both are bridesmaids in each others wedding. To say the least we cause a little confusion when we go dress shopping. I wanted to let you know what great service Emily had provided us. We spent over 2 hours trying on both bridesmaids and wedding dresses. Knowing Emily was handling other dressing rooms as well, we didn't expect a lot of attention from her.
But to our surprise, she was very attentive, frequently checking in on us and offering suggestions and advice. After explaining our likes/dislikes, Emily was able to pick out several wedding dresses for Amanda to try, one of which is in her top three! I've purchased my wedding dress and will be ordering 6 bridesmaid dresses from Rush's. Not only did she do all of this for us, but she also did it all with a smile. She had such a cheery attitude that made us feel more comfortable in working with her. To say the least, Emily definitely made our Rush's experience worth talking about . We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rush's to our friends. Please tell Emily what a great job she is doing!

I am writing to let you know how very much I appreciate all that you and Katherine did for me. As Katherine may have told you, I left my daughters Veil behind when I went to their Hotel room to take her dress home so she could leave in the early morning for her honeymoon. I called the Hotel the next day and to my dismay, no veil was found. ( It was a short thin veil with a small headpiece and might not have been felt through the bag where it hung.) I can not tell you how terrible I felt about this. I could not come up with the words to tell my daughter about my leaving her veil behind. I had offered to have the dress heirloom boxed for her so I had a little time to hopefully find a replacment for her. I called your store and talked with Katherine.
The dress and veil had been purchased from your store back in August of 1999 and I was not sure that they even made that particular veil any longer. Katherine went out of her way to find the original receipt and found that they did still offer the veil and then you ordered it for me and I had it in my hands in 4 days. I am eternally grateful to both of you for your understanding of my situation and for your courteous and kind customer service. If you would please send this along to Mr. Rush as I would like for him to know what a wonderful staff I think he has.
I thought of no where else but your store to bring my daughter for her gown purhase and will recommend your store highly to those who are in the market for a gown.
